[Look At The Internet Company IPOs 1990 – 2013] 
For those we are saying we are into the tech bubble. No! We are not even close.

Am just comparing the no. IPOs of 2013 & 1998. 
There isn’t any tech bubble in the horizon, here are my 2 cents. 

1: Now we have more lean startups that scale faster.($8 Million VC fund, 50 employees 400+ million users 70% of ‘em login everyday, $ 19 Billion exit.)

2: It quite difficult to IPO a company today as opposed to late 90s due to strict regulation.
Most investors in 2014 are more informed compare to the early day of Internet investors.

2.5 cent: You’ll never tell a bubble until it burst.
